Fabio Bonvicini
flutes,
accordion, baghèt, rustic flute, vocals
Graduated
in philosophy years ago, he realized that he had taken the wrong way
and devoted himself to the music attending the course of recorder at Bologna
Music Academy “G.B. Martini". Lover of the traditional music,
he decided that the bagpipe and the festivals were his natural elements, starting
“I Pìvari”. |

| Mario
Nobile
cello,
accordion, rustic flute, vocals
Graduated
in cello from Matera Music Academy “E.R. Duni”, he needed
several years to realize that cello was not enough for him. The turning
point took place when he met first the diatonic organ then the bagpipe.
From this last insane passion came to life the duo “I Pìvari”. |

| Renzo
Ruggiero
hurdy-gurdy,
nickelharp, mandocello, vocals
Punk-polyinstrumentalist,
he’s been saved by some friends from the risk of a carreer as
an aggressive bass player. He then took up medieval music and sweet
and soft instruments. It seems he’s even become a good fellow…
Third
and last insane arrival, he’s the one that has caused the epoch-making
event of Pìvari, that, in short time became a trio.
